What’s up everyone, my name is Sukkhadas and I’m an enthusiastic happy guy. I love nature and I have over 20 years of experience with meditation. When I first tried the Wim Hof Method I was blown away by its result.
After fifteen minutes of breathing, I was focused, relaxed, and happy as if I’d just spent one hour meditating. Since I started taking ice baths, I can’t remember the last time I was ill and my stress levels have dropped enormously. Last but not least, I met wonderful lovely people. Join us!
