Physical products

Our apparel is manufactured and distributed by a third party. They produce orders on demand, and items ordered in the wrong size cannot be refunded or returned for exchange. All of our product pages emphasize to make sure to select the right size before ordering.

If your item has a defect, please shoot us an email at support@wimhofmethod.com. You may receive a replacement or refund, pending investigation.


Digital Products

The online video courses have a 14-day trial period. If, within that timeframe, you are dissatisfied with the product or its results, we will reimburse the full amount. Requests for refunds beyond this period will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
