My second life begins in 2015 after I barely survive a severe heart-condition and simultaneously get the diagnosis "multiple sclerosis". 

When your world collapses there's also the possibility of rebuilding.
I have taken the chance to rebuild and started doing a lot of things completely different.
After 2 years, In 2017 as a participant of a WHM-workshop, I even changed the trauma into a memory through breath work.

Since then the Wim Hof Method is been a strong pillar in my life.
I recovered, and actually improved far beyond expectations, after the heart condition and I have kept the (possibly very severe) consequences of multiple sclerosis at bay.

If I can do things like that, so can you!
