Can WHM practice help curb heart disease?

Budding researcher Max van Dongen conducted a small study with himself as the test subject. In it, he hypothesizes that WHM practice might be an effective means to bring down resting heart rate.

The scientific literature shows a strong correlation between elevated heart rate and risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Heart disease is a leading cause of death, putting major pressure on healthcare and in turn people’s wallets.
