Hi I’m Frank and I was born 1977 in The Netherlands. Together with Jessica we attended a workshop from Wim in 2014 in Amsterdam and were sold. We did the 10-week course and in 2017 I started the WHM Academy and became a certified Instructor.

Also in 2017 I, together with my girlfriend Jessica, our dogs and horses moved to Sweden, especially for the cold training. We started with our Refuel Centre to create a safe environment for people who want to experience the cold and WHM trainings in the full scale, dialogue training with horses and life coaching.

We want to invite you to Sweden to let you experience what you can do with your mind and body. And let you know what your full potential is. This in the beautiful Scandinavian nature.
