When I saw the Vice documentary on Wim Hof I saw an opportunity to heal my relationship with the cold. Up until that moment, I had never enjoyed the cold or the winter.
The cold is a reliable and natural trigger for fear. Learning how to be present and manage fear is one of the most important things we can learn. Every WHM session is an opportunity to use the tools of Breath, Mindset, and Cold for personal healing and transformation. We come together in a supportive group to learn, breathe and face a challenge which reveals our true power. This is our nature.
