Breathe, believe, and go deep.
I spent years dreading and hating the Canadian winter. I wondered why my Italian ancestors would move to such a cold place! When I saw the Vice documentary on Wim Hof I saw an opportunity to heal my relationship with the cold. The winter is one of the four seasons after all so why not learn to embrace this essential part of nature?
To me the cold is the ultimate representation of fear and learning how to face fear with openess is one of the most important things we can do. Every WHM session is an opportunity to become happy, healthy and strong. We come together in a supportive group to learn, breathe and face a challenge which reveals our true power. This is our nature.
My goal is to use my combined experience as a personal coach, yoga instructor and musician to give you clear, engaging and entertaining guidance into the Wim Hof Method.
