My name is Breia White and I am based out of Los Angeles, CA. I’ve been practicing breathwork since 2013. I started out in Kundalini Yoga. Breath exercises play a big role in that practice and I was fascinated by how something as simple as breathing could quickly impact my mood, thoughts, and actions for the better. I had increased mental focus, handled stressful situations with more ease, and found I could be fully present with my family and friends. This fascination led me to explore and widen my knowledge base of other breath practices outside of Kundalini.
Since then I’ve become certified in David Elliot’s Pranayama Two-Stage Breath technique and the Wim Hof Method.
I am always learning and deepening my studies in order to add more tools to my tool belt. I use these tools to create more days of feeling healthy happy and strong especially when life gets heavy. That is what the Wim Hof Method can do for you. Get control of your physiology, your mind and emotions with something as simple as breathing and a little cold water. My goal is to share all I’ve learned so that you too can have the tools needed to feel healthy happy and strong.
