Module II of the WHM Academy program
The Instructor Video Course is the second of three modules that together form the entire Academy certification program. This online course covers in depth each aspect relevant to the safe, correct, and responsible execution of your future role as WHM instructor. This includes the physiology associated with WHM practice, the connection between mind and body, how to instruct and guide participants, scientific studies, and lots more. The course is divided into 10 sections, each covering one of these subjects, with homework exercises to consolidate the lessons learned.
