Diseñado para aquellos a los que les va mejor un entrenamiento en persona, un curso grupal le permite reunirse con un instructor de WHM una vez por semana, durante 5 o 10 semanas en total.

Aprende el Método Wim Hof de forma práctica en las clases grupales, luego arrastra lo que ha aprendido a través de la práctica en casa durante la semana. Lleva cualquier pregunta o problema que surja durante la semana a la próxima sesión. De esta manera, recibirás comentarios personales sobre la marcha, directamente de tu instructor.

Este formato es ideal para personas a las que les gusta el contacto directo que brinda un taller, combinado con la práctica constante y repetida de un curso online. La dinámica de grupo también es excelente para las personas que tienen problemas en comprometerse consigo mismos.
