Barefoot Running, Mansandals
I suffered from severe mood disorders and chronic fatigue for over two decades. While I was able to reintegrate into society through physical activities - especially barefoot running, enduring a life filled with pain was still ongoing. Through the practice of the Wim Hof Method, my health improved remarkably, allowing me to enjoy life again in ways I never imagined possible.
As I share this method with people, I would like to increase smiles along the way, and I am very excited about doing this.
