Hi everyone my name is Victoria, welcome to my platform.
I have been engaging with cold exposure since 2020, like many others during lockdown I found myself needing a different outlet for the stress I was experiencing. The cold gave me a tool which has enabled me to train myself to manage stress in a much more healthier and practical way. 
As well as managing my stress and anxiety the cold also provides me with the energy I need on a daily basis. As a single mother of two youngs boys and running my own business, cold exposure is perfect to enhance my lifestyle. Since commiting to the practice daily I've found my immune system is a lot stronger, I sleep well, I feel more energized. 
The three pillars of the Wim Hof method are Cold, MIndset & Breathing exercise. 
Just the same as going to the gym, you wouldn't expect to achieve all your fitness goals over one or two sessions. Consistency is key to any lifestyle change. This is part of mindset, my role as a hypnotherapist can help us establish why you are choosing to commit to this as a daily practice in order to anchor this in making it easier for you to apply discipline each day. 
With my own personal journey, the breath came after the cold. I was learning how to breathe by entering into the cold. However I was not yet experiencing the full Wim Hof breathing. When I did start I didn't know much about it and it took me a while to understand the power of it.
I am very lucky to have been guided by Wim through a group breathing session and this was the turning point for me. I had the most unbelievable profound experience, I let a lot go that day and will never forget this experience. 
From then I booked another workshop with an instructor and being guided in this way really opened me up to a whole new level of meditation. These experiences got me hooked as it's really true what they say "get high on your own supply" it's truly amazing.
I decided last year I wanted to join the academy and train to become an instructor. With my hypnotherapy practice, it only felt right to include cold water therapy sessions. I've got real hands on experience and practice the method every single day. Anything I promote I use myself and fully believe in the power of the Wim Hof method.
I love teaching the method and have learned the science at a very personal level. My passion shines through when I am teaching as I have seen first hand the transformations.
