I have been a personal trainer for over 8 years and during that time I realized that my clients all came to me to get into shape, but no matter how in shape they got, there was still something missing from their lives.  As I set out on my journey to find my own inner peace and happiness, the Wim Hof Method being a big part of it, I realized I could help my clients and others with more than just their physical health.  I am currenrly traveling the U.S. in my RV with my girlfriend and bringing the Method to different cities and communities.
