Hello, I’m Thomas and I want to congratulate you for looking for a suitable Wim Hof Method (WHM) Instructor and a location where you can learn about this approach to facilitate changes in your life.

I am proud to be a part of such a fantastic community of WHM Instructors and to represent the WHM here in Oman. At one time, I was unable to walk and inhibited from moving due to a terrible accident. I had to relearn and restructure my entire approach to health. With such adversity, there is opportunity for growth.  My courses reflect what I learned through this experience and will help you soar to new heights of inner peace, strength, and self-assurance.  I’m eager to share what I've learned on my journey and to help others become happier, more authentic versions of themselves.

Let me welcome you to Muscat, Oman, my home and playground for the past 17 years—a country known for having some of the friendliest and most hospitable people on the planet.

Here I teach classes and offer one-on-one sessions, host events, and hold workshops in a variety of stunning locations. My programs integrate elements of mindfulness, meditation, transformational breath-work, and nature connectedness.

I have developed an eclectic set of expertise over the years, working as a Scuba Diving Instructor, Health & Safety Advisor, and Environmental Sustainability Specialist, combined with practicing Martial Arts, Qi Gong, Yoga, and surfing. This broad skill set enables me to create a multitude of authentic experiences in the here and now. Mindfulness, vitality, and well-being are important aspects of my life, and I enjoy inspiring and empowering others to reach their fullest potential.

My work and interests have always been connected to fresh air, helping others be safer and healthier, and exploring the world with their breath. The mind and body work best together when we honor both aspects of our nature.

Everyone would like to feel healthier, happier, and stronger, particularly as they age and overcome certain health problems they may face, whether they are young or advanced.

As a WHM Instructor level 1 I am currently offering the WHM fundamental workshops, the 5/10 week group courses, introductory breathing class and one on one sessions. My coaching sessions can be arranged here one-on-one, or you can attend my virtual WHM classes via video Zoom.

The WHM is a transformational instrument developed by Wim Hof to promote well-being. It helps practitioners to become healthier, stronger and happier versions of themselves through exercise and daily practice, providing a natural path to an optimal state of body and mind.

The three pillars of the Method are breathing, cold exposure, and mindset.

Active Breathing improves the respiratory and circulatory systems, oxygenizes the body, and improves metabolic effectiveness. Cold exposure is another form of controlled stress, which is beneficial for our body in regulated doses. It improves the circulatory system as it trains the cardiovascular muscles and tissues, allowing the blood vessels to constrict. Mindset is how we prepare for the challenging exercises; it incorporates Yoga poses, stretches, and meditation to tune into our body through feeling and connection.

Throughout my life of adventure and exploration, I have found that active breathing is the foundation of every endeavor, whether it be martial arts, Yoga, watersports, climbing, or scuba diving. Again and again, I have experienced firsthand how we can directly influence our focus, manage pain, and most importantly, regulate our emotions through breathwork. Indeed, guided breathwork was the most important tool in my healing arsenal when faced with one of life’s greatest challenges.  Crippled by a debilitating back injury, I used the Wim Hof Method of breathing to facilitate and accelerate self-healing. The Wim Hof Method refreshed my memory, gave me courage when I felt broken, expanded my mind, and reframed my entire concept of what is possible to achieve.

Now I am inspired to share the same love, serenity, hope, and freedom from fear and pain with which the WHM method has infused me. I seek to help others overcome anxiety and depression, as we embark together on a journey of health, strength, and happiness.

As a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, my personal approach is to interweave various forms of mindfulness and self-awareness into my program. My approach is practical and engaging, offered with patience and compassion.
