Sungho is a Korean American, a full-time software engineer, and a certified Wim Hof Method instructor.

Working with computers days and nights, he was often getting sick. While he knew deep down that he had to change his lifestyle, he couldn't break his habits of bad diets, computer games, and drinking.

While searching for motivations he was introduced to the  Wim Hof Method. The Vice documentary intrigued him so much he had to fly over to Poland to learn from Wim.

Now two years later, he is practicing surfing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and yoga on a daily basis.

He claims that the Wim Hof Method has been the key component to shift his lifestyle, and he is excited to share his practice.
