My first stage of life I found myself trapped in an office, staring at a computer screen for 12 hours a day. Unhappy and sick. I quit in a huff in my early 30's to pursue my passion for the outdoors. I became a Canadian Wilderness Guide, Personal Trainer, and Fascial Stretch Therapist.
But during this time a continued to get sicker and sicker. One day I found myself laying in a hospital bed thinking I was going to die. And that's where my WHM journey began.
This illness, an inflammatory disorder, was the physical manifestation of emotional trauma from my childhood. Through breathwork, cold exposure, and meditation I was able to reclaim my health, reconnect with my emotional self and become happy, healthy, and strong.
Through the Wim Hof Method I teach people to rediscover their primal strength, their true self, and become Happy, Healthy, and Strong.
