Stephen is a transformation coach who has over 10 years working along side world-class coaches, athletes, sports psychologists, teachers, and healers. He has traveled the world for the past three years, learning from different cultures and using his unique perspective to guide Transformative Adventure retreats in Peru, Ecuador, and Morocco. 

Stephen is passionate about exploring the mind, body, and spirit and is committed to helping others see the beauty and richness in everyday life. He quit his job as head strength and conditioning coach for baseball at the University of Texas to learn more about himself and the world and eventually led to the creating international transformational retreats.

He experienced the power of the Wim Hof Method for the first time at the WHM Summer Expedition in Spain. He was so inspired by Wim and his mission to help change the world by helping people see the power they have within them. I knew then that I wanted to be an instructor and help people connect to their inner nature and their true potential.
