My Goal
Spend more time in this beautiful world feeling happy, healthy and strong at any age. Many people live in their heads these days and the breathwork, the ice and training of our mindset helps us to bring back balance and live.

Meditation - Mindfulness
I am a fan of many practices of meditation and use them in my work as a Wim Hof Instructor. I am always open to try new styles but have found mindfulness meditation, both traditionally (while sitting) or while engaged in an activity to be a great addition to be more present in life.

My Journey Before Being an Instructor
I discovered Wim Hof and his method in 2015 and got started on my own in my apartment in 2015 watching the original video course. My life would never be the same, within no-time I could stand on my head and go outside in winter in a t-shirt. I started teaching anyone who was interested and in 2020 I started the Wim Hof Academy to become a certified instructor. The pandemic postponed the final examination a while but in mid-2021 the certification is finally there.

My start years ago was not the safest, and I have learned a lot that I happily share so people can enjoy the wonderful practice safely.

Born in the Netherlands, speaking Dutch, English & German and learning Czech.
Currently living in Berlin with my loving partner Karoliná.
