Greetings and welcome to my profile.

My name is Shane and i have practiced the Wim Hof method at workshops in the UK, Ireland and across Europe. Some of the workshops and expeditions that i attended have been with Wim and some have been with various different Certified Wim Hof method instructors.

Recently i completed the Wim Hof academy master module to become a Certified Wim Hof Instructor. I would now like to share the knowledge that i have gained with the rest of the world. I want to make the Wim Hof method accessibile to as many people as possible.
