The WHM gives me hope that we as humans can unburden our collective selves of the unnecessary traumas we suffer under.
I spend most of my time managing my household and family as a stay-at-home dad. With the hope of connecting with and helping humanity I trained in allopathic medicine, but struggled to find a place I was comfortable with in that world. I currently practice hospice medicine part time.
I also trained as a yoga instructor and I think I have done more good for people helping them access the depths of their nervous systems through yoga than I have done as a doctor.
The WHM delivers many of the benefits of yoga in a much more accessible manner. I often said to myself when having struggles as a father or spouse that if only I could get an hour or two of yoga and meditation in each day I would be able to handle all the things I found to be overwhelming. The WHM has been a tool that creates for me that same benefit (maybe even greater benefit) in a much more succinct delivery.
I look forward to guiding people through the introduction to this method.
