Sara Norris has been practicing the Wim Hof Method since 2019 after reading the book, What Doesn't Kill Us.  For Sara, the Method is all about living life the way we were intended to live it.  

Sara is also a Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and is a Functional Beathing Instructor through Oxygen Advantage. You can find her workshops throughout the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire.
