We all know the feeling of when the rollercoaster is reaching its peak and is about to speed down like a rocket. That feeling dominated my life, whether it was going to my first salsa class or giving my first music performance.

Luckily, I found the solution. Or should I say it found me? 

In 2019 my life changed for the better. Experiencing the ice firsthand made me feel alive and powerful. I want more of this, I said to myself. Enter the Wim Hof Method.

I went to many workshops and expeditions with Wim and became friends with the Iceman. Now, I help him by giving workshops and assisting Wim internationally. Spending so much time in private with Wim allowed me to learn invaluable lessons. Lessons about life, lessons about the method.

During my time as an instructor at the Winter Expedition and assisting Wim at his events in Stroe, The Netherlands, I saw much growth and connection between people. I saw people speak from the heart. It's the most beautiful thing I have experienced.

Now, it's time to share the love and make you happier, stronger, and healthier.

Angst is wat me naar de Wim Hof Methode bracht. Liefde is wat me deed blijven.

We kennen allemaal het gevoel van wanneer de achtbaan zijn hoogtepunt bereikt en op het punt staat om als een raket naar beneden te razen. Dat gevoel beheerste mijn leven, of ik nu naar mijn eerste salsales ging of mijn eerste muziekoptreden gaf.

Gelukkig vond ik de oplossing. Of moet ik zeggen: Het vond mij?

In 2019 veranderde mijn leven ten goede. Door het ijs aan den lijve te ondervinden, voelde ik me levend en krachtig. Hier wil ik meer van zei ik tegen mezelf. Stap binnen in de Wim Hof Methode.

Ik ging naar vele workshops en expedities van Wim Hof en ik raakte zelfs bevriend met the Iceman. Nu help ik hem door workshops te geven en Wim internationaal te assisteren. Doordat ik zoveel tijd privé met Wim doorbracht, leerde ik lessen van onschatbare waarde. Lessen over het leven, lessen over de methode.

Gedurende mijn tijd als instructeur bij de Winter Expeditie en het assisteren van Wim bij zijn evenementen in Stroe, Nederland, zag ik veel groei en verbinding tussen mensen. Ik zag mensen spreken vanuit hun hart. Dat is het mooiste wat ik heb meegemaakt.

Nu is het tijd om de liefde te delen en jou gelukkiger, sterker en gezonder te maken.
