Leaving the corporate world behind after 20 years Ruth decided to follow her heart, leave that old comfort zone which had ended up being unhealthy. Learning to change her negative attitude towards the cold was her initial motivation to learn about the Wim Hof Method. Realising how invigorating and healthy the cold can be once you change your perspective, she recognised not only the true potential behind the Method but also in herself.
