Most of us live busy lives and as a result we subject ourselves to stress, burnouts and various autoimmune diseases.
To repair the damage and restore our well being, rest, exercise, recovery and healthy food and lifestyle are becoming increasingly important.
As a very busy and experienced Personal Trainer, Wim Hof Instructor and Hormone Factor Trainer, my goal and daily passion is to restore the imbalance between the body and mind of my clients.
The Wim Hof Method does not solve every issue, but it provides the tools and the possibilities to help in many different ways, and the techniques involved have become the fundamentals of my work.
Over the last 10 years I have been working with individuals and companies all over the Netherlands providing tailor-made training, lectures and workshops. I want to make a difference and to help.
We hebben allemaal een druk leven en als een gevolg daarvan ervaren we veel prikkels die kunnen leiden tot stress, ontstaan er hierdoor burn-outs en auto-immuunziektes. Hierdoor worden rust, beweging, herstel en gezonde voeding steeds belangrijker. Als gepassioneerd en ervaren Personal Trainer, Wim Hof Instructeur en (docent)Hormoonfactor Trainer is het mijn doel om op zoek te gaan naar de disbalans tussen lichaam en geest van mijn klanten en hierin tools aan te reiken om dit tegen te gaan. De Wim Hof Methode is voor mij hierin een belangrijk middel geworden, één die vele mogelijkheden biedt op alle gebieden, van stress, ziektes tot sportprestaties. Met een achtergrond in het bedrijfsleven en sport verzorg ik inmiddels meer dan 10 jaar trainingen, lezingen en workshops op maat voor particulieren en bedrijven op elke locatie in binnen- en buitenland.
