Introducing Benjamin, a multifaceted individual with a passion for health, fitness, and personal growth. With a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and minors in Mathematics and Physics, he brings a well-rounded education to his teachings, which he combines with his athletic background to provide a unique approach to health and wellness.

As a collegiate lacrosse player, Benjamin found his love for fitness and performance. After graduation, he became focused on teaching corrective exercise and understanding the biomechanical laws that govern our anatomy. He attended various courses, including Thomas Myer’s BioPlasticity and Dr. Pavel Kolar’s Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), to learn about the body and how it moves.

Along his journey, Benjamin discovered the Wim Hof Method (WHM) and was immediately blown away by its powerful effects on managing stress. He decided to become a WHM instructor to help deliver this life-changing message and joined the first class of 26 instructors to be certified by Wim Hof to teach the method in the US.

As a certified breathwork and movement coach, Benjamin is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential. He combines his extensive knowledge of various fitness and wellness programs such as the WHM, Oxygen Advantage, GOATA Movement, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Anatomy Trains by Thomas Myers, and the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) with his holistic approach to personal growth to guide his clients on their journey towards optimal physical and mental well-being.

In addition to his passion for fitness and wellness, Benjamin has a deep appreciation for personal development, which is influenced by his philosophy background. He believes in the power of the mind-body connection and that personal growth is essential for achieving optimal health and well-being. Benjamin is committed to helping his clients achieve their full potential, and with his diverse knowledge and unique perspective, he is the ideal coach to guide them towards a healthier, happier life.
