I am a Mathematician by education, a Harvard Business School alumni and I work as a Head of Sales US in one of the leading vendors of Financial Technology. 

But my real passion is my work as a Executive Coach, coaching executives on leadership challenges, sales strategy, how to grow business and personal development, being a Certified Coach, ACC, by International Coaching Federation.

On the personal side, I am a father of three children, I love sports, I work out daily, I meditate, and I practice the Wim Hof Method weekly, and I have been reading one book every couple of weeks for the past 10+ years.

I love everything about optimizing mental and physical performance, challenging myself, trying new things and becoming my best version in all areas, and this is why I became interested in the WHM. What I didn't know is that the method would bring me much more than that, not only at the physical level, but also mentally: anti-inflammatory, increased pain threshold, less stress, more productivity, more resilience, better mood, improved immune system, etc... among others)
