Hi! I'm Radek and I work as a Wim Hof Method Instructor with my wife Charlie Kalaš offering Wim Hof Workshops in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.

We decided to offer classes and workshops together so that our participants get double the expertise, guidance and support and because we enjoy working alongside each other.

Between us, we have over 30 years of teaching and coaching experience and we are excited to be able to share the Wim Hof Method as part of our repertoire. 

My speciality area is 'cold exposure' and Charlie’s is ‘breathing' but of course, we are both committed to the full practice of the WHM. 

We both have a background in health, nutrition, fitness and wellness and I have a particular interest in Martial Arts and Charlie in endurance sports (running & cycling).

We are both interested in holistic or alternative medicines and how the body can heal itself through natural means or just by changing the way we act and breathe.
