Nature has always been a sort of temple for me where I could go for calmness, refill my energy and creativity. When I heard Wim saying ”nature is my teacher” I knew that whatever it was Wim was sharing it came from the same source where I hade spent a lot of time in. My love for nature brought me to study Conservation Biology but in the laboratory I felt that there more to nature than found through a microscope. I changed my path and became a Survival instructor, teaching people how to survive in -30°C of Northern Sweden. Showing what wild edibles to eat and how to make fire. But even far into the polar circle I did not learn so much about my self and the potential of the human body as I did with this method.
Return to self
Although nature has been my playground I did move to the city and started a full time job at a school with kids. After a year life had changed so much it was not pleasant anymore. When my mental state spiraled down I crawled to the doctor and asked for help. Medication they prescribed, but little did it help. It was after seeing a documentary on VICE about Wim Hof that I tried the breathwork. It worked and my brain would start working again. I could focus for longer stretches of time and my spark of life returned. Two years later I stand before you healthy, looking forward to new adventure with or without snow. Life is good.
Sharing is Caring
After seeing the power of the Wim Hof Method and realizing that new instructors were wanted I applied. I wanted to share to those in need and to all those who want better health and fitness of brain and body. If we become a little bit more natural, little less domesticated then so many health issues disappear.
Now I am in my power. I create workshops where people can tap deeper into them selves. Through this inner connection, through knowing who you are you are able to connect to nature and people. There is extrodinary in you. Come along to tap into your deeper instincts, strengths. By stepping beyond comfortzones and fear we find the joy of overcoming. We find the power within.
"Connect to Nature. Inside and outside. Tap into your instincts and see what is possible."
