Phil Campbell. I am proud to be a certified Wim Hof instructor and fully committed to the method and it's 3 pillars. I have been a devotee of the method for 5 years having started out as a wild winter swimmer. My journey with the method was kick-started by a health issue, I was told that the condition was incurable, however, with the method I was able to completely reverse it.  I am evangelical about the method as the well-being I am experiencing must be shared with others. We offer a fun packed day with emphasis on the feeling.
