Hi, My name is Nuria. I am a Certified Wim Hoff instructor. My background is in Health Psychology, Therapy, Teaching, Breathwork, Yoga, Mindfulness and Dance.

My work experience has shown me how illness-related stress and poor health habits negatively affects an individual’s wellbeing and how this contributes to its aggravation.

I have a specific interest in providing a more holistic approach to health. My aim is to help others to improve their health naturally, by creating a more positive relationship with their own Physiology, while providing them with the tools necessary to reconnect with themselves, handle the stressors of every day life and also take control of their own Health.

I started practicing the Wim Hoff Method four years ago and I can personally say that it has helped me to improve my quality of life significantly. I certainly feel Healthier, Happier and Stronger. Now, as a Certified Instructor of the Wim Hoff Method, my wish is to share this experience with those in the search of Growth, Freedom and Empowerment.

Hola, mi nombre es Nuria. Soy Instructora Certificada del Método Wim Hof. Mi formación profesional es en el campo de la  Psicología Sanitaria, la Enseñanza, Terapia Respiratoria, Trauma, Yoga, Mindfulness y Danza. Mi experiencia profesional, me ha enseñado como el  estrés generado por enfermedad y pobres hábitos de vida, afectan negativamente al bienestar de la persona y además, contribuyen a su agravación.

Mi interés se basa en proporcionar un enfoque mas holístico de la Salud. Mi objetivo es ayudar a otros a mejorar su Salud de manera natural, mediante la creación de una relación mas positiva con su propia  Fisiología, y a la vez, dotarles con las herramientas necesarias para poder reconectar con ellos mismos, su entorno natural,  enfrentarse a cualquier tipo de estresor y tomar control sobre su propia Salud.

Hace ya cuatro años que comencé a practicar el Método Wim Hof, y puedo decir que me ha ayudado mucho a mejorar la calidad de mi vida. Me siento más  Saludable, Feliz y Fuerte. Ahora, como Instructora Certificada del Método Wim Hof, mi deseo es compartir mi experiencia con las personas que buscan mejorar su calidad de vida, y sentirse más   Libres, Sanos, Fuertes y Felices.
