I am from Los Angeles and currently live in Prague. I discovered Wim Hof method after a string of injuries left me unable to enjoy the basic functionality of my body. After 6 months of practicing Wim Hof method I was completely injury free and stronger then ever before. I now hope to help anyone who has pain resdicover the full vitality of their body through the Wim Hof Method.

I am also a certified personal trainer and have a passion for helping people become strong.
