I have been practising the Wim Hof Method since 2016. For years it has been such an effective way to improve my overall Mental & Physical Health.
My main passion is help improve peoples overall Mental Health. I have had my own struggles with my Mental health and am very grateful to have found the WHM. The way i feel after a breathing session or ice bath makes me get back in my body and less in my head. With more inner peace.
