Greetings to all, I'm Modris, a gregarious and joyful individual. I've been practicing WMH method for more than 3 years, and I adore the outdoors. I was astounded by the Wim Hof Method's outcome when I initially tried it. I was as focused, at ease, and joyful as if I had just finished an hour of meditation after fifteen minutes of breathing exercises. My stress levels have significantly decreased and I can't recall the last time I was sick since I started taking ice baths. Not to mention, I got to know amazing, kind people. Come along!
