Matt Soule is a professional self defense instructor & Lvl3 WHM instructor from Seattle, WA.   

He is the Director and Head Instructor of the Tsun Jo^® Martial Arts System where he teaches practical self-defense incorporating Tsun Jo^® & Nogi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.    

Matt was part of the first group of WHM instructors in the US. He teaches WHM workshops through Innerfire Seattle, leading trainings and retreats worldwide.

Matt is on a mission to empower people to master the stress response for peak human performance.
