From personal experience, I have seen the many benefit's from doing the Wim Hof method.  Seeing first hand how it can help with mental health, relive arthritis and reduce cancer tumors. The WHM is a powerful tool that you can do at home with no equipment, only takes 20 minutes of commitment per day and best of all it's free.  I wanted to become an instructor to help spread the word, so that people can help themselves and depend less on medicine.  I strongly suggest that people book onto a Fundermentals course to understand more about the WHM, the science behind it and how to do it safely.  Once you have the knowledge you can go and continue it at home in your own space.
