When I first came across the WHM (Wim Hof Method) I was naively unaware of the powerful affect it would have on my life. From modest beginnings following you tube videos in my living room to the profound group experiences that I was blessed to have been part of in the snowcapped Pyrenees mountains the WHM has brought me a sustained sense of peace as well as helping me unleash an abundance of untapped inner power.

I have since incorporated the method into my everyday life to enhance my mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

I am in awe of what I have learned and feel compelled to share this method with other travellers on the challenging yet boundless journey that is life.
