"I've stepped into the ice to find my fire", I"m on a mission to help people become healthier, stronger and happier.
The WHM gave me a new life, the year I came across it was the toughest year of my life, due to some unfortunate events in my life I fell into severe depression and anxiety, the pills and therapy didn’t work, I desperately needed help, and as I was about to give up, I came across the method by total accident. As soon as I began practicing, I felt a new hope, I started feeling better, I couldn’t believe it could be this simple. Breathing techniques, some push ups and some cold exposure made me stronger mentally, I was a women on a mission, I wouldn’t stop, feeling good become not only addictive, but also contagious, people closest to me couldn’t believe my transformation and started doing the method themselves with similar benefits. My passion for the method grew every day, with every person I saw getting benefits my desire to help more and more people become stronger and stronger. I am happier and more resilient now than I ever was. My mission is to spread the word and help as many people as possible become stronger healthier and happier.
When I came across the method I was terrified of the cold, I have moved from Europe to Australia because I didn’t like winter, I didn’t sleep the whole night before my first ice bath. When I finally faced my fear, followed the correct way of dealing with the cold, all those limiting decisions which were preventing me from enjoying not only the cold, but also my life simply melted in the ice. Each ice bath makes me stronger and better equipped with life challenges and it has the potential to help you as well if you allow it.
I have overcome depression and anxiety using the method, what’s more important I’m not worried about going back to feeling bad ever again because I know I have the tools to deal with it and take charge of my life.
I’ve always liked sports, but disliked running because of shortness of breath, but since using the breathing techniques I’ve noticed I can run longer, and I actually enjoy it. My endurance in any sports has increased, I recover from jet lag quicker, I’m healthier and haver more energy in general.
