Along this path brought me to the Wim Hof Method which tied in and helped me feel better and establish a better vision for my creative work which I do, the Wim Hof method is a great practice to learn and so simple that just about anybody can do it and feel good, the science which is ongoing and proving to have many positive benefits on the body is starting to unfold, but the people I have met on this journey of these powerful methods really show how it affects our physiology for the better
