Instructor Level
My approach to wellbeing is holistic in nature, as my ultimate aim is the healing of every realm of life: physical, mental, emotional, professional, vibrational and spiritual.
How I Became a Wim Hof Instructor
I was lucky enough to meet Wim Hof in Los Angeles back in 2015. As the Hollywood correspondent for Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, The Daily Mail Online and Style Magazines - I was assigned to write a piece on this fellow named The Iceman - and once I got to meet him, of course, I was instantly hooked. I followed him in extreme expeditions to the Pyrenees in Spain, and then in advanced and master courses in Los Angeles and Poland.
To me The Wim Hof Method is a powerful antidote to fear. It taps directly into our mitochondria, the energy centers of our cells, and in doing so, it can be seen as a vehicle for accessing the portals of health, strength and happiness in our lives.
My Backround as a Teacher
I have been gravitating in the self-realization field for over twenty years. My certifications and intensive trainings include:

- Certified teacher of mindfulness meditation through UCLA and The Semel Institute of Neuroscience in Los Angeles.
- Teacher of Mindfulness Meditation at Pisa University, Italy.
- Pisa University researcher in the fields of breathwork, transcendental sound and contemplative practices.
Yoga:
Certified teacher of yoga, after intense studies with the main Indian and Western yoga masters of our time, including:
- Dharma Mittra, Acharya Dakaram Sapkota, Noah Maze, Saul David Raye, Yogrish Vishevektu, Tej Kaur Khalsa, Guru Sing Yogi and Shiva Rea.
- I teach an integral yoga practice, bringing together the rivers of Anusara, Kundalini, Restorative yoga, Bhakti Yoga, The Shaolin Arts and Chi Gong.
Pranayama:
For over twenty years, I have been studying intensively the science of breath control with renowned international teachers such as Lino Miele, Yogrish Vishevektu, Acharya Dakaram Sapkota, Danny Paradise, and of course, with Wim.
Kirtan:
I lead Kirtan circles in Europe, and chant mantras in the Bhakti Yoga, Indu and Kundalini traditions. Mantra is seen as an access code to higher spiritual realms - a science-proof tool - able to syncornize cardio-respiratory vibrations, topped with the pacifying of the Vagus nerve.
