BSc qualified with a joint honours degree in Business Management and Marketing.  A qualified Nutritionist & Fitness Instructor and a Wim Hof Instructor.  Well-being has always been my passion.  

My career is primarily focused on helping people to feel better within themselves.  The Wim Hof Method is the icing on the cake!  I have been delivering Nutrition Seminars and Workshops for years and now incredibly excited as a Level 2 instructor, to offer Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshops, Advanced Workshops and Retreats.
