I have been practicing the Wim Hof Method since 2012, followed the instructor course in 2013 and was one of the 26 pioneers who climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro with Wim in 2014. I have overcome my burn out with the WMH and would love to teach you how you can become a happier, healthier and stronger person by applying this simple yet so powerfull combination of breath, cold and focus.
