I am an Australian who has left the sunny beaches and hot weather and found a true upgrade in resilience and overall health in the wintery conditions of Finland.

Daily practices of sauna, cold plunges, a strength and conditioning regime plus spending hours and hours of time in nature has allowed me to truly connect with myself and truly understand the human physiology. 

Breathing practices have opened up a gateway to controlling stress and fear responses within me and increasing general performance in fitness and everyday life and now I simply can't wait to share those experiences with you!
