I love to pass on this irreplaceable tool that creates an understanding of how we take control of our anxiety, stress, fear and depression, essentially fixing the inside of our bodies.
This simplicity of the method has brung awareness, presence and an understanding of how my own body works. I now feel connection, am strong and feel at peace with myself.
