Kristy or (Kikko) is a heart felt, passionate, supportive and fun instructor based in the Central Coast NSW. The WHM is her mission and medicine. She is beyond excited to share these incredible tools for health and wellbeing. Kikko is also a Tetra and 9D Breathwork facilitator, Yoga teacher, Cacao ceremonialist and Shamanic healer. Her teaching's are all held with integrity and an open heart to liberate, heal, increase awareness and empower both men and women. Her mission is to help others heal their life as she has done her herself using the method.  Wim Hof inspired her so deeply she up ended her entire life so she can share this powerful method and help others find their own truth and passion. regain joy and freedom in there lives and feel a deep sense of connection and contentment.
