Small group event
I really enjoy making small group day / weekend retreat to show people what the body actually can do and mentor them going forward
I'm living the dream: a simple life in a small log house with my woman and 2 dogs, 3 chicken on the edge of tiny village just outside Budapest, growing own vegetable, herbs and fruits.
Take the time to train different things,CrossFit, long walks, daily breath work, icebath & sauna all winter. Love to test my body to see what it's capable of, fasting IF and also 1-2-3 days water fast.
