Jun Lee is an international yoga teacher and the director of Tao Yoga Collective. The Wim Hof Method has transformed her practice of yoga as well as the way she has led teacher trainings and retreats in Costa Rica and California. Jun is a dedicated student of Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga, Kundalini, Qi Gong and the Tao. Her focus is on connecting people to their breath, their innate capacity to evolve, and to the nature within themselves. Daily practices are formed to attune oneself to the highest vibration that comes from within.
The highlight of 2017 was climbing a snow capped mountain in Colorado with Wim Hof and becoming a certified instructor of the Wim Hof Method. Jun is also a registered nurse specializing in cardiology and is motivated to inspire each individual's capacity to heal and feel alive in happiness and strength.
This work is a guide for people to physically and symbolically heal, transform, and strengthen through diverse modalities - beginning with the breath. Jun's mission is to awaken to the power of their breath, focus and empower their physicality, and open hearts.
We are in a moment of evolving into greater ways of being. As Wim says, feeling is understanding.
In Jun's workshops and retreats, you will breathe deeply, supercharge your practice, find power in the discomfort, and finally feel the lightness of being.
