Joshua hails from the small city of Wollongong on the south coast of Australia. Born to a very big Italian family. He began practicing the Wim Hof method to help with his struggles with depression, and due to the method helping him, he wanted to facilitate that to others struggling also and from there he began his journey to get certified! His inner fire burns brightly with the intention to help you to find yours also, and to go out into the world and get the most out of life. It all starts with the breath!
