The exploration and refinement of the relationship between mind, body, and spirit has been a central interest throughout my life, and I am especially passionate about embodiment and health. I enjoy a deep and promotive connection to the natural world and am inspired by the vitality of music, dance and movement - extensive study of Aikido, the cello, and Argentine tango and transformative breath work has particularly enhanced my appreciation of the transformative potential within the embodied experience. I love supporting people through body work, movement and breath and most of all the Wim Hof Method which has been central to my personal development for many years.
