-Hi my name is Jose Rivera, a guy with a simple life and simple job in an office but with a huge admiration of the wonders of nature and a big curiosity of how everything works, especially our wonderful bodies. My background is in engineering so in my experience the most effective solution for any kind of problem is the simplest one. That is what I love about the Wim Hof Method. It’s a simple practice but very powerful and life changing. I’m from the tropical mountains of Puerto Rico in a beautiful town called Aibonito where cold exposure is almost inexistent. For that reason, my first experience with the ice bath was in my lates 20s. One of my missions is to share this wonderful method with all the people who live in tropical weather and introduce them to the amazing force of cold and the power of the Wim Hof breathing technique. WHM helps me to discover myself, to love myself more and to experience how powerful our bodies are.

Hola mi nombre es Jose Rivera, soy un muchacho con una vida simple y con un trabajo simple en una oficina pero que siente una gran admiración por las maravillas de la naturaleza y con una gran curiosidad de conocer como todo funciona en especial nuestro cuerpo. Yo soy ingeniero así que en mi experiencia las mejores soluciones a todo tipo de problemas son las mas simples. Eso es lo que amo del método de Wim Hof. Es una practica simple pero muy poderosa y puede cambiar la vida. Soy de las montanas tropicales de Puerto Rico en un pueblo muy bonito que se llama Aibonito donde la exposición al frio casi no existe. Por eso mi primera experiencia con un baño frio fue en mis 20s. Una de mis misiones es compartir este asombroso método con toda la gente que vive en un clima tropical e introducir la asombrosa fuerza del frio y el poder de las técnicas de respiración del método de Wim Hof. El método de Wim Hof me ha ayudado a descubrirme, amarme más y tener experiencias que me han ensenado lo poderoso que es el cuerpo humano.
