For many years I have been working on the great quest for self-development and health. After I had my first ice bath I was immediately sold, instead of very tough in the extreme cold it was the quietest moment in my life.
Since the beginning of 2015, I am very active in cold training. After having attended dozens of workshops, having helped many weekends as an assistant trainer and completing the instructor training, I learned a lot from the cold. Yet you will never win from the cold and that is why it is the greatest teacher for me at the moment.

I am still very passionate and therefore I would love to learn you this method with all my heart. I will focus a lot on the cold with peace and love to approach the cold instead of fighting it. I like to work in small safe groups, so no big groups when you come to me.
