I am a firefighter for 6 years, during my education to become a firefighter I got a 3 days training of Wim Hof. I was overwelmed with what this can bring to everyone else, and all my fellow firefighters.

I started the training and becam more and more fascinated. We are capable of more than we think. The fact that we can gain controle of the stearingwheel of the body is  amazing. Control the adrenaline levels en to feel what good hormones do to your body is a thing that everybody should have acces to.
